Mechanized ultrasonic testing
Mechanized ultrasonic testing is mainly used in the field of weld seam testing. Thanks to an inspection robot developed by Qualitech, we are able to carry out the inspection work with high efficiency. This application is often used on large, painted pipelines. The robot automatically moves along the welding seam until the entire object has been inspected. This modern form of ultrasonic testing is used in particular by some operators of hydroelectric power stations.
