All manufacturers of steel and aluminium load-bearing components must adapt to the new EN 1090 et seq. With the newly applicable standard, a set of technical regulations has been created which is accepted throughout Europe and Switzerland as a bilateral contractual partner. Components manufactured according to EN 1090 ff must be marked with the CE mark. The prerequisite for this is a certified factory production control (WPK) with requirements for personnel, processes and equipment.
